📌 Payment & Booking Guidelines

  • Appointment fees are non-refundable once the GAMCA (WAFID) appointment is confirmed
  • Payment is accepted only online (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking)
  • Cash payment is not allowed at any medical center

📅 Appointment Validity & Timing

  • Your appointment is valid for 30 days (1 month)
  • It is recommended to visit the center within 15 days
  • Complete your medical test as early as possible

🕒 Medical Center Working Hours

  • Working time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays

📄 Documents & Print Instructions

  • Carry a color printout of your GAMCA appointment slip
  • Do NOT print the payment receipt
  • Bring your original passport
  • Carry your Aadhar Card
  • Carry COVID vaccination certificate (if available)

  • Only one active appointment per passport is allowed
  • Rebooking is possible only after completion or cancellation of previous appointment
  • You must visit the same medical center mentioned on your appointment slip
  • Appointment slip is generally valid for 30 days
