  • Issue, modify, or influence medical reports
  • Guarantee medical fitness or results
  • Control decisions made by any medical center or authority

All medical tests, reports, approvals, or rejections are handled solely by authorized medical centers.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or officially connected with WAFID, GAMCA, or any GCC government authority.

The terms “WAFID” and “GAMCA” are used only for informational purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

Appointment Assistance Fees

  • Users who do not wish to pay service charges can proceed through the official WAFID platform

We do not control or represent official pricing.

Payment Policy

  • Services are processed only after successful payment confirmation
  • Payment proof or screenshots do not guarantee booking
  • Appointment confirmation is issued only after payment is received and verified

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted only before booking confirmation
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, fees become non-refundable
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method

Medical Center Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Medical test delays
  • Report delays
  • Rejection or rescheduling
  • Medical results or outcomes
  • Any decisions made by medical centers

For such issues, users must contact the respective medical center directly.

User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate:

  • Passport details
  • Personal information
  • Contact information

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by users.

Communication Policy

All communication with our support team is considered confidential.

Users must not share:

Estimated Medical Fees

Appointment Confirmation Timing

  • Bookings after midnight: confirmation after 9:00 AM
  • Weekend bookings:
    • Morning: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • After 6 PM: 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from:

  • Use of our services
  • Delays in appointments
  • Decisions made by medical centers
  • Technical or server issues
  • Third-party service failures

Force Majeure
